At Diesel Athletic Academy, our strength and conditioning programs are designed to meet you where you are—whether you're chasing a state title in wrestling or striving for lifelong health and vitality. Before stepping into any of our classes, we take the time to sit down with you and review your goals. From competitive athletes to wellness seekers, we believe different goals require different paths—so we build your personalized action plan using SMART objectives to set you up for real, lasting success.
We offer three distinct programs:
Strength & Speed (Ages 13+): Focused training for teens and adults ready to level up their performance, athleticism, and endurance.
Savage Morning Crew (Adults, Mon–Fri at 6 AM): Start your day strong with a rotating schedule: strength on Monday and Wednesday, yoga/mindful movement on Tuesday and Thursday, and self-defense on Friday.

Our Strength & Conditioning program for teens is designed to build a strong foundation for athletic performance while protecting young athletes from injury.
Under the guidance of Coach Nicolas Cabrera, teens learn proper form, safe lifting techniques, and age-appropriate training methods that develop strength, speed, endurance, and confidence.
At Diesel, we emphasize that strength is the key to resilience—a strong body helps prevent injuries, supports faster recovery, and gives athletes the edge in every sport. This program isn’t just about lifting weights; it’s about preparing teens to train smart, move well, and build lifelong healthy habits.
