At Diesel Athletic Academy, our strength and conditioning programs are designed to meet you where you are—whether you're chasing a state title in wrestling or striving for lifelong health and vitality. Before stepping into any of our classes, we take the time to sit down with you and review your goals. From competitive athletes to wellness seekers, we believe different goals require different paths—so we build your personalized action plan using SMART objectives to set you up for real, lasting success.

We offer three distinct programs:

Fit & Fearless (Ages 4–12): A fun and empowering introduction to fitness that builds confidence, agility, and body awareness from a young age.

Strength & Speed (Ages 13+): Focused training for teens and adults ready to level up their performance, athleticism, and endurance.

Savage Morning Crew (Adults, Mon–Fri at 6 AM): Start your day strong with a rotating schedule: strength on Monday and Wednesday, yoga/mindful movement on Tuesday and Thursday, and self-defense on Friday.

Strength & Speed Class at Diesel Athletic Academy is designed to develop explosive power, endurance, and overall athleticism for wrestlers and athletes of all levels.

 

Drawing from his military background, Coach Cabrera instills discipline, resilience, and precision in every session.

Zach Even-Esh’s Underground Strength system also influences his training approach. It blends old-school grit with modern performance techniques to create stronger, faster, and more durable athletes.

Expect sled pushes, kettlebells, explosive movements, and functional strength training tailored to enhance your wrestling and overall sports performance and health. This class isn’t just about getting stronger—it’s about moving with speed, agility, and purpose.

Fit & Fearless (4years+)

Fit & Fearless is a dynamic strength and conditioning class for children aged 4 and up. Participants develop endurance and learn fundamental movements through engaging games and activities, fostering muscle memory and overall physical development. Research indicates that active play enhances motor skills and promotes cognitive growth, making this class both enjoyable and beneficial for young learners.

Jumpstart your day with the Diesel Athletic Academy's Savage Morning Crew — a high-energy, no-excuses program designed to sharpen your body and mind.

  • Monday & Wednesday: Strength and Conditioning — Build raw power, endurance, and unstoppable drive.

  • Tuesday & Thursday: Yoga, Mindful Movement, and Restoration — Increase flexibility, balance, and mental focus.
