Fit & Fearless: Every Body Edition

Fit & Fearless for All is an adaptive fitness program designed to empower individuals with special needs through movement, strength-building, and confidence. Led by Coach Cabrera—a certified special education teacher and experienced coach—this class provides a supportive, inclusive environment where every participant is encouraged to shine.

Classes meet every Monday in July and August for one powerful hour of fitness, fun, and fearless self-expression.

Whether it’s building strength, improving coordination, or simply having a blast, Fit & Fearless for All is where every body belongs.
