At Diesel Athletic Academy, we believe that fitness, wellness, and empowerment are interconnected.
We’re more than a gym—we’re a CommUnity. Our programs are designed to help every individual thrive: from wrestlers chasing championships to adults building strength and resilience to families exploring yoga for balance to athletes of all abilities, including those with special needs.

Alongside training, we give back through the Sentinel Athletic League, a non-profit dedicated to empowering veterans and youth through athletics and mentorship.


Wrestling
Led by Head Coach Nicolas Cabrera, alongside Coach Sam, Coach Jilian, and Coach Ange, our wrestling program develops disciplined, resilient, and technically sound athletes.
Our method blends high-level technical instruction, strength-and-conditioning integration, and mindset training to build confidence on and off the mat.
With youth, girls-only, co-ed, and private training options, wrestlers of every level are challenged, supported, and developed within a culture rooted in discipline, kindness, and competitive excellence.

Strength & Conditioning
With expert training from Coach Nicolas Cabrera,
Our strength program builds resilience inside and outside the gym.

Whether you’re part of the Savage Morning Crew, a youth athlete, or an adult looking to push your limits, this program delivers strength, endurance, and confidence.

Mobility & Stretching
This class begins with active mobility exercises to improve joint function and movement control, followed by yoga-based stretching and select Yin holds to release deeper muscular tension.
By combining strength through range with restorative lengthening, we support both tissue recovery and nervous system regulation.
Designed to enhance performance, prevent injury, and restore balance.
Special Needs Strength & Conditioning
Led by Coach Nicolas Cabrera, with support from Coach Claire Heudes-Cabrera, this inclusive program is designed for kids and adults with special needs.

Each class emphasizes strength, movement, and confidence in a supportive environment where athletes are encouraged to work at their own pace.
